Curiosity why. Tamales.

Spinach
Weird… But she h ( spinach) with green olives is nice. I like bacon yet we’re talking. Veggies…. Sun-dried tomatoes. I’m not overly keen on mushrooms. I guess I’m overdue trying tempeh again.

But do you marry the tastes in your head? This begins as raisin beef tamales… But I’m ever curious after veg only…or close.

(Again, what you see in action is crappo typing…but this is entire done one handed and sometimes my nose… From a dialysis treatment in progress…I gotta waste time entertained too!)

Oo. Considering the many here from Mexican decents or previous places in my area ooo yummy Mexican food! Okay gringo food …. It’s not everything they’d eat.

But a dream-y meaty dumpling….or if I bother attempting a veggie thing, them too! I was rather jazzed I got the lentil filling for enchiladas (more Mexican standards, enchiladas) to turn out. Carrot, mushrooms, orange juice, vegetarian stock, tiger sauce and lentils. Although I don’t have to, I find it a worthy thing to make good veg only things….
