Sois vides steak. I don’t have a magic app on my phone or a sois vides system so screwed! But I do have a pot of hot water and ziplocks!
So hot water it is 25 mins to 1.5 hour perfect to temp and it holds and seated done because we love it seared. Admit it
Which is boiled spud and oven
