Bison steaks arrived. Better have a good recipe

Sois vides steak. I don’t have a magic app on my phone or a sois vides system so screwed! But I do have a pot of hot water and ziplocks!

So hot water it is 25 mins to 1.5 hour perfect to temp and it holds and seated done because we love it seared. Admit it

Baked potato
Which is boiled spud and oven

Or test kitchen the better way to tater?

I have bacon so gb/bacon

But most of all 180/190 when it goes silent before the boil…and 4 minutes to cool 20 degrees to the loudest water is 120/140. Hmn. It’s not like sous vide offers a chart here of oops… Which most like there meat miscopied that way… Heheheh. But first that pan with awaiting butter for a hang about with felons….hot th I ngs.
