For when you’re too hungry to wait. Tostadas.

As you’ll see or soon will win luck, this is Rachel Ray worthy fast food -tacobell employees being able to assemble 4-5 times as many in my geologic slowness. This still took under 15 minutes from cupboard/fridge to photography a few bites in.

Tostadas via American grocery:
Old el paso brand red enchilada sauce 1 teaspoon per tostada ish 5g ish)
(Old el paso brand extends across Australia so one can gain burrito shells taco shell etc and additionally refried beans courtesy of online shopping from Cole’s Australia or was it Woolworths?…one of those)
Rosarita brand traditional refried beans 2 oz per shell spread approximately evenly to the edgesor 55g (pureed cooked pinto beans)
(On sale 10 for 10 dollars 1@ 16oz cans)
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce sliced/shaved nearly
Cheese (grated sargento brand sharp cheddar)
Grape tomatoes sliced (1 per tostada)
Sour cream (1/2 table spoon or less 10g ish
Tostada shells were Guerrero brand I think.
3.49 TS, 2.29 SC, 1.99 iceberg lettuce, 2 for $6 grape tomato packages, 1 rosarita beans, 1.79 red sauce cheese is 3.89 ish per package or 8oz not on sale that can be 5 meals at 2-3 perperson lighter medium lunch type eating. Or 17.56/5 $2 a meal ish

Looks yummy! We like making homemade Mexican food!
Can’t even get much of anything at Taco Bell anymore under $2. And making the food homemade tastes w-a-y muy bueno!!! 🙂
