I like where I’m from and it’s minutie of possibility. I’m happy with old fashioned non authentic food like taco Bell as I am mnmmmn ing on some street taco action. I’m a shitty foody as I’m just as much of a snob yet pretend to be open minded. But let’s cover cheap versus expensive regular versus authentic.
The anatomy of a taco:
If you hit fast food this is seasoned filling in a crunchy shell of fried corn with garnish ala America lettuce cheese and sometime more.
A deltaco picture illustrating some taco and other offers but a restaurant view.
I find del taco very cumin heavy in seasoned beef taste and their sauces not on par with the bell. In fairness I grew up with only taco Bell. My
Taco Bell offerings
Copycat recipe to achieve typical.
Please note how it’s always some persons family recipe that is borrowed. My husband’s family. Hmph. But what works is taco. And this is USA fast food.
And with comparison explaination…
And something totally not authentic
Authentic is racist and crap. If I sell vastly over flavored Chinese to earn a living, what is unauthentic about this? I want to live. If regular American tacos of our Tex Mex tradition didn’t get food into our overalcoholed systems then we’d be sicker longer. Less happy and many out of work as God help us how good warm food sounds at 1 am after a six-pack too many. It’s crap people dog inexpensive as it can’t authentically fill you and must poor people gmo poison!! Because it’s not by God my half mutt street corner vendor who knows authentic so much so he or she isn’t and maybe weekended with someone in Mexico in ditching school. If it sells it’s authentic and it might even be good if it resells.
That ranted I can hypocritically admit I sure do like adobada tacos.
Mmm as I’m not allowed pork in my diet due not to religion but health and my inability to clear the digestion of pork. I have kidney issues. I really don’t like smelling an imaginary pool when that’s me not clearing my food. This doesn’t interfere with my love but it sure cuts down on my yesses to love.
Well, taco lovers, tell me your taco tales.
